Contacting GEMS

When you submit an inquiry, GEMS receives the name, email address, company, country, service interest and project details you provide. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss the services you ask about. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Inquiries are delivered by email through Amazon Web Services (AWS) to our team. They are not stored in a separate website inquiry database, but a copy remains in the receiving mailbox. Technical service logs are retained for 14 days and are designed not to contain the inquiry contents.

Your cookie choices

Analytics is optional. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing or submitting an inquiry. You can reopen “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice.

We remember your choice in this browser using local storage for 180 days. Clearing your browser storage or using another browser may cause the notice to appear again. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. The page reloads to apply withdrawal.

Optional audience measurement

With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, device and browser information, traffic sources and successful inquiry submissions. It uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits. We do not include your name, email address or message in the analytics event for a successful inquiry. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

Website delivery and security

AWS hosts this website and processes contact submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form against automated abuse and processes technical browser and network information for verification. These functions operate separately from optional analytics. Our website also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information when fonts load.

These providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy information is available from AWS and Cloudflare. Links to social networks take you to services with their own privacy practices.
